• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution in the U.S. or a 4-year degree equivalent from a recognized institution of higher learning abroad, which reflects an overall minimum undergraduate grade point average of 2.5. 

NOTE: (GPA requirements can vary—per program.) The minimum undergraduate GPA for Speech Pathology is 3.0 overall with a preferred 3.2 in Communication Sciences 和 Disorders courses; 和 2.75 for the Public Health program

• Masters in Speech/Language Pathology (Required): gre 280

• Master of Arts in Counseling (Required): GRE No Minimum Score
• Master of Arts in Teaching (Required): GRE No Minimum Score

• Master of Public Health in Health Equity: Test Optional
• Letters of Recommendation very by graduate program – See Below
  • Masters in Speech/Language Pathology 和 Master of Public Health in Health Equity – Three Letters of Reference either professional 和/or academic
  • Master of Arts in Counseling, Master of Arts in Educational Leadership, 和 Master of Arts in Teaching - Two  letters of professional confidential references from a former, or a current supervisor or instructor
  • 神学 – Three Letters of Recommendation: Two letters from academic professors 和 one letter from a ministerial pastor or pastoral staff person

English Proficiency 和 Course Evaluation Requirements for International 学生

In addition to the documents required for a specific program of interest; all 大学 or University transcripts must be in English.  If educated in a non-English speaking college or university, a Course-by-Course evaluation of college or university work must be evaluated by a United States foreign credential evaluator from the NACES Evaluation Agency. SPANTRAN is recommended. English language proficiency is essential for success at Xavier. Applicants who have completed all or some high school or secondary school in a country w在这里 English was not the language of instruction will be required to demonstrate English proficiency by completing the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), or the International English Language Testing Service (雅思). 

However, TOEFL 和 IELTS scores are not required for applicants with English as the native language. 

Minimum TOEFL or IELTS scores required for non- native English speakers: 

• TOEFL: Paper – 550 
• Internet-Based – 80 
• 雅思:7.0 

Lastly, a Xavier University Certificate of Financial Support (a notarized form indicating who will pay the cost of attendance) is also required.
